The Local and Regional Governments Forum (LRGF) is a space for structural dialogue between
the Local and Regional Governments constituency, UN Member States, the UN system and
other relevant stakeholders. The Forum has been convened every year since 2018 during the
annual HLPF. The Forum gathers the leaders of the municipal movement, Member States and
other stakeholders to address their priorities, concerns and demands regarding their efforts to
localize global agendas.
